Should your jewelry experience damage due to a manufacturing fault, we invite you to contact our Client Services team for a personal consultation and complimentary evaluation by our master jewelers.

• If your piece is found to have a warranty-eligible issue, we will restore or replace it at no cost to you, ensuring it returns to you in pristine condition.
• For all warrantied repairs, we are pleased to provide complimentary return shipping as part of our elevated service experience.
• Should the evaluation determine the issue falls outside the warranty’s scope, a detailed quote will be presented for your approval. Any applicable deposit will be applied toward the cost of the repair upon your confirmation.

Warranty Terms & Exclusions

To preserve the integrity of your warranty, all repairs and service must be performed exclusively by Lenora Diamonds. Service conducted elsewhere will render the warranty null and void.

• Within 60 days of purchase, we will replace any damaged fine jewelry unconditionally.
• Beyond 60 days, we offer replacement for pieces valued at £1,000 or less, subject to evaluation.

Please note that this warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects and does not extend to the following:

• Natural wear and tear.
• Loss of gemstones due to everyday wear or accidental damage.
• Product loss or theft.
• Damage resulting from neglecting necessary maintenance or repairs.

Examples of Non-Covered Conditions Include:

• Discoloration of metals caused by cosmetics, chemicals, bathing, or exposure to pools and hot tubs.
• The natural wearing down of precious metals or prongs, which may require periodic restoration.
• Prongs becoming loose or bent through regular wear, potentially leading to gemstone loss.
• Gemstones dislodged due to daily impact or mishandling.

Each Lenora Diamonds creation is designed to be cherished for generations. To further protect your investment, we recommend maintaining independent insurance coverage for incidents such as loss, theft, or substantial damage.

Setting & Sustainability

If your original setting cannot accommodate the new diamond, our craftsmen can create a new setting or offer a metal value credit based on current market rates.
